Privacy Policy

Who is responsible. Brennov, 20289 Stevens Creek Blvd #1281, Cupertino, CA 95014, United States. Contact for everything in this policy: hello@brennov.com. Our team works remotely, so information you give us may be handled outside the United States.
1. What we collect and why

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics or ad trackers, and we do not set cookies on brennov.com. We do not collect payment card details on our sites; payments are made by Payoneer invoice and handled by Payoneer. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
2. Who receives it
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We pass it only to services that deliver your request:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): the brennov.com contact form and a few older previews send entries through FormSubmit, which emails them to us.
- Our own form relay (demos.brennov.com/api/form): the Score my site form and newer preview forms post to our own server, which stores them and sends us an alert.
- Telegram: the alert contains the form text and goes to Brennov's private chat.
- Anthropic: if you use the chat on an older preview, your chat messages and the business name, industry and city on the page are sent to Anthropic's service to write the replies.
- Twilio: if you give your details in that chat, a text-message summary (name, phone, problem, area) is sent through Twilio to a Brennov phone.
- Google Workspace: our email system.
- Payoneer: if you become a client, your billing details for invoices.
- Hosting and legal: our hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany); and authorities or advisers if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
3. How long we keep it
- Business contact details (a business's name, address, website and the public email or phone it lists for customers): we keep them while we may still want to show that business a preview, because they are public facts about the business, not private details about a person. The moment you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, your address goes on the do-not-contact list and we never email you again.
- Details a person gives us (a form entry, a chat conversation, a message, the IP address it came from): deleted 90 days after our last contact if you never become a client. We keep only your email address on the do-not-contact list if you asked us not to write again.
- Clients: while you are a client, and then the time needed for tax and accounting records (7 years for invoices).
- Server logs: 14 days.
- Chat text is not stored by us after the conversation, except the summary sent to our phone. Anthropic and Twilio keep data under their own terms.
4. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time, by email to hello@brennov.com, to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us emailing you. We answer within 30 days; we may need to confirm you are who you say you are. Every outreach email has an unsubscribe link; we act on it right away and keep your address only on the do-not-contact list.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be treated worse for using these rights. We have not sold or shared personal information for advertising and do not do so. Brennov is below the CCPA business thresholds, but we offer these rights anyway. To use them, email hello@brennov.com or write to the address above. You may use an authorised agent.
Do Not Track (CalOPPA). brennov.com does not track you across other sites and sets no tracking cookies, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Business contacts. If we emailed you because your business's contact details are public, we sent it as a business-to-business message with our real name and address and an unsubscribe link. Ask us to delete your details and we will within 30 days.
5. Security
Data sits on access-controlled servers and in the services listed above. No system is perfectly safe; if a breach affects you we will tell you as the law requires.
6. Changes and law
We change the date above when we update this policy. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA; California privacy rights apply to California residents regardless.
