Terms of Use

Effective 2026-10-26. These terms cover brennov.com and the preview sites at demos.brennov.com ("the sites"). By using them you agree to these terms. Hiring Brennov to build a website is covered by a separate Client Agreement, which wins if it conflicts with this page.

1. Who we are. Brennov is a web design studio serving US businesses of every size. Address: Brennov, 20289 Stevens Creek Blvd #1281, Cupertino, CA 95014, United States. Email: hello@brennov.com.

2. What the sites are. brennov.com describes our services and prices. The pages at demos.brennov.com are previews we built for a named business from its public information (its own photos, menu and logo) so the owner can see what a new site could look like. A preview is not published by that business, is not endorsed or approved by it, and is not affiliated with it unless the business tells us otherwise in writing. Previews are hidden from search engines and reachable only by a private link. Business names, logos and trademarks shown on a preview belong to their owners. If you own a business shown and want its preview removed, email hello@brennov.com and we take it down within one business day.

3. Concept examples. Before-and-after examples on brennov.com are made-up concepts. The businesses, names, numbers and customer details in them are invented for illustration, and any resemblance to a real business is accidental. They are not real client results.

4. Prices and offers. Prices on brennov.com are in US dollars and are what we charge today. Where we show what agencies commonly charge, such as the $12,500 median for a custom website from a US agency, that is a third-party figure (HubSpot via keomarketing.com), not our previous price. Our founding offer is open to our first five clients to sign: the website build is $0; upgrades and the care plan are charged at the published prices from launch. A place is counted only when a client signs. An offer on this site or in an email is not a contract until you sign a Client Agreement or accept a written quote.

5. Using the sites. Use them lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or scan them, send spam through the forms, or copy our designs, code or text to resell them. The forms and any chat are for real enquiries; do not enter other people's private data or anything sensitive such as health or payment card details.

6. Our content. The design, text, code and images on brennov.com belong to Brennov or its licensors. You may view and share links to the sites. Ownership of a client's finished website is set out in the Client Agreement.

7. Chat on older previews. A few older previews include a chat assistant run by software, not a person. It can be wrong. Do not rely on it for advice, prices or availability; check with the business. Details you type may be passed to a person at Brennov by text message. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Links and third parties. The sites may link to or use services from others (ordering platforms, form services, Google). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or terms.

9. No warranty. The sites and previews are provided "as is". We try to keep them accurate and running but do not promise they will be error-free or always available. Information on the sites is general and is not legal, tax or professional advice.

10. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Brennov is not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses from using the sites, and our total liability for any claim about the sites is limited to US$100. This does not limit anything the law does not allow to be limited. Clients' liability terms are in the Client Agreement.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Consumer-protection laws of your own state may also apply. We first try to settle any dispute by email for 30 days.

12. Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the sites after a change means you accept it.
